A structural concrete insulated panel (SCIP): 1.5 in. of concrete on each face over a lightweight core. The lightest of the Echo panels.

47 psi at 5 lb C-4.
Tested at the University of Kentucky School of Mining & Engineering. 1.5 in. of concrete on both faces. Standoff is the distance from the charge to the panel; here it was 10 ft.
